• Sheila Knight began her real estate career in the early 1990's as an assistant to a Prudential Real Estate Broker. She later worked for A.H.M Graves (now F.C. Tucker) and Coldwell Banker as a Realtor. In 1998 Sheila earned the Broker designation and established, with her husband Peter, a real estate company. The Knight Team joined RE/MAX in 2003 and operated a RE/MAX franchise for almost five years. That company merged with RE/MAX Ability Plus in 2008. Currently, Sheila and Peter work as a real estate team for Indiana's #1 RE/MAX office - Ability Plus.

• A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

• The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

• Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
• Cooperation with competitors;
• Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
